ROLLER & HAMMER GRIST MILLS
Brewery grain mills are roller mills, usually with 2-4 rollers. RAD roller mills are designed with efficiency, consistency and safety in mind. Each mill produces 40-60 lbs/min, and are recommended for brewery size from 3 BBL. To 40 BBL. RAD also produce Hammer mills that are the ideal size reduction equipment choice for processing in distillery applications. Unlike the traditional roller mill method, our hammer mills provide a final product conforming to the exact desired finished particle size.
HANDLING
Flex & Rigid Augers, Chain disk systems and chain conveyors are the conveying products we offer. Chain disks (also known as chain-and-puck conveying or tubular drag) are the best method for grain handling in breweries.
STORAGE
RAD manufacture Speciality Hoppers with all varieties of hoppers with custom features, shapes, and color. We supply Grain silos for storage and manufacture supersacks bulk bags unloaders. Grain storage solutions are made per order and built to last.
